• Technical data from analytics providers, such as browser, device, and referring page information.
• Quiz request fields sent to our `/api/generate` endpoint: scenario slug, tone, and context tags.

SayItCalm does not require accounts in this version. We also do not ask you to upload or store full chat transcripts on the site.

How we use information

• Operate and improve quiz and scenario experiences.
• Understand which pages and features are useful.
• Measure outbound and affiliate link performance.

Analytics and cookies

We use Plausible Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Plausible is used for privacy-focused aggregate analytics.
• GA4 may use cookies or similar technologies for traffic and engagement measurement.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings and use Google analytics controls where available.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

Some links are affiliate links. If you click and purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

Sharing and retention

We share limited data with service providers that help operate SayItCalm, including Cloudflare (hosting), Plausible (analytics), and Google (GA4). We do not sell personal information in this version of the product.

Analytics data retention is managed through provider settings. We keep only what is reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. You can also limit tracking through cookie and browser settings.

Children's privacy

SayItCalm is not directed to children under 13.
